Answered the call. there was a delay so i knew it was a telemarketer. When he said "Hello?" i asked him politely to please remove me from his call list. He responded "okay, let me say one thing. F#$% you" and then hung up.
Received a phone call from this number and there was a delay in the person responding, and when he did respond he kept saying hello like he couldn't hear me. When I asked him who he was he told me he was with some US Federal grant company and the US Federal government wants to give me free money. This is a scam, they want you to give them your credit card info so they can charge you a small fee to get free money.
Received this call today - like Nicole the guy - Gerry Olsen told me he was from the US Federal Grants Dept from the US Government and wanted to give me $7,000 with no cost, fee to me. They got my name and number form some "Demographic Survey" and when I told them I was in Canada, he kept talking about stuff that didn't make sense - so I asked him for a name and number of his supervisor so I could confirm who was calling me. He gave me Simon Lee as his supervisor with a new number 206-923-9535 which is just a generic recording to leave a message. SCAM!
