Yes - SIRCON sells lists with all licensed agents to any leach that wants to market / spam / robocall etc. The best thing to do when applying / renewing a license is to use a separate e-mail address and fake telephone number. SIRCON does not need to call you. I learned the hard way, I am licensed in 12 states and receive sometimes up to 20 calls a day from marketers and anywhere from 5 - 50 e-mails a day.
