This number called claiming to be from Seattle City & Light and stated that they were on the way to disconnect the power at our location. Indicated that if I couldn't make it to one of their remote locations to make the payment that I should get a money order at 7-11 and give to the tech when he arrived at my location. Called Seattle City & Light -- said that it was a scam.
