Who called from 2064224478

I've been getting a phone call from 206-422-xxxx(last 4 digits changes everytime)
and when I answer the phone, just a pre- record voice (Spanish) then gets disconnected. they call me about 3-4 times a day, and it's going on for almost  a month now. I also got a text msg once (it said hola comostas)

here is all the numbers that I have received and they are now on block list, however they will still try to call me with different numbers.

(206)422-2180,6689,9634,9451,2890,2810,9436,3854,8553,1709,4857,8403,1560,5806,4348,9635,9712 (These are the numbers that I have blocked and they are on my reject lists)

also they called me with  206.317.7414

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
