They are annoying me...saying I owed them money and that they are suing me. They tell me I have to go to court, but whats funny is when you call they say no company name just hello, which makes it suspicious. They are threatning me with getting the polive involved.
Ignore them. They are a fraud company. They pulled your information online when you applied for a payday loan. They will defraud you. Report the call to your police.
I have received this message from various numbers. The same voice and a different name each time. I have been patient, now it has become irritating. I have reported this practice to the local police and my employer who spoke with the company attorney. They have advised me to report them to the police after each call. They want to stop this practice of harrassment. So report the calls each time you receive one.
