I have received several calls from this number over the last few months. When I answer it, there is silence from the caller, but I hear many voices in the background like in telemarketing calls. This is a typical method from scammers to see when and if I am available. The scam calls are getting worse these last few years. I receive 7-10 a week from various numbers and locations throughout the US and Canada.
Got a call from this number from someone named Patrick in Atlanta, saying he got a call like this 5 years ago and it has paid off financially for him and his family. He tells you log into:

I am on the NO CALL LIST. I just re-registered about a month ago because I was starting to get a lot of 800 calls again, Surveys and constant calls where no one said anything. I registered about 5 years ago on the NO CALL LIST and had NO PROBLEMS for all of those years until about a month ago. So I thought I should register again. Even though I have re-registered they seem to be getting worse, more frequent.
I called the number (206) 424-6503 and got a recording saying this is an inactive voice-mail account if you would like an account please call 376-5000.
