Caller ID on my cell phone said 1036, caller told me in broken English I can receive a Govt. grant for $7,700 to re-pay my car loan or use to pay down my house. When I asked him for a number in Washington DC to call him back he gave me 206-430-6228 which is a reported scam phone number.
