Who called from 2064317049

Just got a call from this number that dropped after one ring.  When I called back it said the number was not in service.  Weird.

Wants to reduce my interest rate. I opt out when it is not left on my answering machine with no results thus far.

exact same scenario just happened to me

My phone from Verizon keeps saying the call can't be completed when I call back... has anyone figured out who this is??

They called, I answered, they didn't say anything and hung up.
