Got a call from the same number , scammers scum bags

Just got a call from the same scammer Mark Watson. He did not sound like a Mark Watson and there was background noise on the recording that sounded more telemarketing than IRS.

I RECEIVED  A CALL FROM A MR. MARK WATSON CLAIMING A FBI AND FEDERAL IRS INVESTIGATION AGAINST ME. HE TOLD ME THAT A WARRANT WAS ISSUED AGAINST ME AND THAT I HAD TO CALL HIM PROMPTLY IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY FURTHER ACTION.IT WAS A VERY TERRIFYING CALL.
