I got the same problem with him... And he said the city light does not allow payment by credit card and we need to go by money order for him.. Sound funny.. And he said he will call me back to my cell phone.. When he called back.. I said "do you want to talk to police officer?" He turned off the phone right away... Watch out this number guys
Called one of our locations saying we were delinquent on our light bill and that the lights would be shut off. Haha, we're rich, [***]! So that is untrue that we are delinquent on our bill.
We called back and they answered "Seattle City Light Billing and Collections." If it were a Seattle City Light phone number, it'd be 206-684-3000 or something close to it.
So, in conclusion, these people are SCAMMERS. Don't give them any info if they happen to get you on the phone.
