Who called from 2064450612

Got a call this morning before 8:30. They left a message stating they were the IRS.  I phoned back, and surprisingly a live person answered. Her accent was so heavy and the background noise so loud, I doubted her when she insisted she was calling from Seattle, WA.

I got a called from this number claiming been IRS and wanted me to pay them money , ...

I received several calls from this number telling me to call back this number this is the IRS and they have a case against me.

I got a phone call from this number saying I was being sued by IRS, and that I should call them.

Small item in UK news said that the US Treasury Dept confirmed it had been hacked and the details of 500,000 people had been stiolen. Don't kniow if this got air time in the States but it does answer the question of how these scammers get names and addresses.
