Who called from 2064456003

answered phone and they hung up. Called it back and was disconnected.

Got call on new cell phone, *nobody* has the number.  Didn't answer.

This number left a recorded message on my cell phone VM box, the number is not known by anyone (I don't use it for voice calls).

It was a pitch from "Annie" for lower credit card interest rates or some such, I deleted the VM after that point.
