This company keeps calling - we have asked to be removed several time. Their website is www.fpaguide.com and for (according to the supervisor I spoke with) a 'mere' $500 - $1350 a year they MIGHT qualify you to be listed, but the supervisor can't give you any numbers regarding your ROI.
We have asked them to not call us, but they do use several numbers and do not seem to be keeping any kind of 'no contact' list.
Funny enough, Supervisor Ron told me how Clinton passed this into law, and Obama is making the law happen for small businesses. When I asked him what law he was talking about - he said he didn't know. When I asked him why a supervisor would have no numbers to discuss this business deal with me on, and why the big selling point is a law that he can't direct me to - he told me those were questions a supervisor in a different department could answer for us - after we give them our qualifying info.
According to the SBA's website 'FPA' is not a company they know of! In fact, for the SBA.gov - FPA stands for Fairness in Procurement Alliance.
I'm smelling a scam here. Just wish that they would actually USE a Do Not Call list!!!
