Who called from 2064456049

Got a call from this number at 10:26 PM EST last night! Only rang half a ring, so I was unable to grab it in the process of being scared awake and jumping out of bed. I thought that solicitors were not allowed to call after 8:30 PM. I'm on the Do Not Call list and have reported them.

I also got a call from this number at 10:25 ET last night.  I too was awoken from a dead sleep.

Three times this week one ring no answer. Cant someone do something about these phone jerks.

every few minutes 2064456049 keeps calling no one on other end.  every 10 minutes.

206-445-6049 belongs to CByond Communications LLC in Seattle WA.
Their website says they provide phone service for small business. I have had six calls from them in under two weeks. They never say anything.
