I got a letter from Group Health a few days ago giving me a heads-up that a fund-raising call would be coming. I bet this was it. It's not the usual number used for calls from the doctors' offices. I'm not worried about having missed the call.
This is the Group Health Foundation looking for donations. They even call on Saturdays, Sundays mornings and evenings. So much for privacy and caring from your medical care provider.
As with any charity, all one has to do to stop the calls, is answer once or call the number and ask to have your name removed. Simple. There's no need for repeated calls that you don't want.
