This was a IRS scam. Just so everyone knows, my father-in-law was a senior executive for the IRS and they do not call people to get money so just know if you receive this call that it is a scam.
Call from WA state with a pre-recorded message stating that the IRS has an arrest warrant for me and that my property will be seixed unless I pay a penalty.
