Total Scam. The IRS does not operate this way. I called them back just to let them know what horrible, horrible humans they were. "Angel" didn't like that so she hung up on me. Beware!!
Just got a call from this number but I don't answer to unknown #'s so they left a message. It was a female robotic voice with a very mixed message. First, it was telling me I was the victim of tax fraud then it told me I would be arrested.
