when you call back no one answered

Yet another Scam,  says its the U.S. Government Grant Dept.  Call back and guess what ...duh....no answer

I had a number called private saying that I was approved for a goverment grant and to call this number with a code . Gave me a address also but when I called the number there was no answer,

Caller was rude. Called back to, like the rest, no answer.
