person called to tell me that he was from Windows Technical Support and needed remote access to my computer to remove malicious programming that had been downloaded from the internet and would corrupt my software and freeze my computer.  I asked for a return number and told him that I would have to be an idiot to allow someone that I didn't know to have access to my computer.  He swore that he was Honestly from Windows Technical support and then gave me this number to return the call to prove it....Curious that Windows Technical support didn't give me a toll-free number....
