Just got a call from this number by a man with a heavy Indian-type accent claiming my Yahoo e-mail account was spamming people. Said they had sent me an e-mail about it, but I have no such e-mail. Wanted me to change settings on my account, but didn't seem to know the menus/steps to take to guide me through the changes that supposedly needed to be done. I'm not sure if this was a legitimate call, or not, they hung up on us finally - but it's strange that an IT person doesn't know the proper steps to walk a customer through to make the necessary changes for security. Very weird and suspicious.
