This number is from Seattle, Washington, and I live on the east coast. For the past few nights in the middle of the night, this number repeatedly calls me. When I answer, it says my full name in a creepy whisper. I don't know who it is of how they know my name and phone number, but I'm becoming extremely creeped out.
