Called and asked for owner by name. I asked who - "Bob with Business Today in Seattle". I said I was the office manager and could I help him - he hung up. Caller ID says SMS
Called and asked for the owner of the company. I asked who was calling, she said it was Carol (or possibly Karen; I couldn't hear clearly) with SMS. She asked to speak to the owner again, but when I told her he wasn't available and asked if I could take a message, she hung up.
