Who called from 2064572021

Called and Hung up. cannot find anything by yahooing it.

Area Code is the State of Washington.

they constantly call, and I have asked them not to.  If it continues I will file a complaint with the police.  Don't know who they are.  Nasty

Calls 2-3 times a day with a laugh, grunt or ?

I have received several call a day.  When I answer, there is no response...I hear background noise.  When I called the number, there is an automated voice which declares, "This number is not in use.  Thank you for calling."  

Very frustrating to not have the resources available to prevent such an annoyance.

So, it would be very helpful if someone could provide some info I do not need to pay to receive.
