Calling every day, no message left.  Will block number from further incoming calls. Seattle, WA calling upstate New York??!!

The caller id read 'DELIVERY NOTICE' - I have found that this is typically a sales/scam/debt-collector type of call.

I keep getting calls from this number.  The caller ID reads either "Delivery Notice" or "Seattle Washington".  The voicemail message is a recording that references "service verification". No idea who they are or what they want but I'm not answering it.

I am getting cell phone calls from this number every day and at different times of the day.  As I don't recognize the number, I do not answer. I send the call to Voice Mail, where the caller does NOT leave a message.  I have been registered with www.donotcall.gov for more than 5 years now.  Based on those other comments above, I do not intend to answer or respond to this phone number.
