Yes, an organization with that name is indeed listed with the State of Florida.
But why would an organization in Florida be using an area code in the state of Washington to be calling people for donations? Why doesn't this phone number show up on their website? Are they using a call center?
People have a dim view of organizations that depend on cold-calling for donations.
Scammers will impersonate legitimate organizations. That is why advice is given to NEVER give any information to any caller; one simply does not know the caller is telling the truth. Donations should be made only by calling the organization. And that is why we don't believe your attempt to link this phone number with that organization is legitimate.
