This is one of those fake IRS phishing schemes....they said the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. Of course, they didn't have my name on the voicemail they left.
This is the number I was asked to call from a robo-message informing me the IRS is going to open a lawsuit on me. The call I received came from 707-822-9870, for which there are numerous complaints on file at this website. This is a scam. Do not call this number.
