Who called from 2064726021

Some guy called me at 9:40ish Pacific time. He asked for Adam, which is apparently some sucker who owned my phone before I did. Like my typical plan, I usually say "This is him." He then claimed he was with the government and had thousands of dollars for me. I told him I don't own a credit card (technically true) and that I would have to call him back after getting my check routing number... which of course I won't. He asked me to verify my address. He gave me some address I didn't recognize (the guy who owned the phone's I assume) and I told him it was not right and gave him an address of a street which was bulldozed back in the 70's. The guy bought it and gave me his phone number... which is this number.

They look 400 dollars from me and im mad because i was stupid to fall for it

What is the deal with these people??? Too good to be true typically it is exactly that!!! Waiting for further info. If anyone has any info please fill me in. Thank You Very Much!!!
