Same [***] here. Nobody would let me talk to a supervisor. I called 200 times in a row and kept getting fake names and excuses why the supervisor wasn't available.
Called all day, when I finally got mad and picked up, nobody was there. They called back a few minutes later, then a few minutes later. How do you get rid of these people?!
This is the same company as American Health Solution. They also call from 901-444-3519. These people call me 20 times a day and when I get out the word "no I have Ins. I get hung up on. I finally asked someone to remove me and they hung up. I called back and the lady said maybe if you had a job and wasn't sitting on the couch I wouldn't be bothered by their calls every 3 minutes. I called and complained again and they said I could be arrested because this company was a government agency and you can't harasses them! I mean REALLY!!! They call me from 8:00am to 9:00 pm all day, sometimes minutes apart! I would love to jam their f*****g lines! It's totally b***s*** they can harasses someone and call them lazy...I do have a job!!!!
