I received a call today indicating I needed to call the IRS immediately before a warrant for my arrest is issued. This was an automated call which is an indication it is a scam. The IRS would call themselves and not tell you to call them back.
Just got a msg saying I'm going to get arrested unless I go to Federal Court. This is the 4th call I've gotten (from different numbers) saying I'm going to jail or prison. Don't believe these robo calls, people. This is not how the Feds, IRS or even local agencies work. Just block the number & don't worry about it. It's a scam.
