Keeps calling my home.

Guy with a heavy Spanish accent asking for my husband and then asking me if there is a diabetic in our home.

A got two calls from this number too, but I don't know anyone from Seattle, so I agree it's probably a scam/telemarketer

Recorded message - "Rachel" from "Cardmember Services" offering to lower my credit card interest. I pressed '9' to speak to a rep. I asked rep to put # on their DNC list & ended call.
THEN THEY CALLED BACK 8 TIMES WITHIN THE NEXT 20 MIN. (CID read: UNKNOWN  0000). Each time a rep w/ Indian accent & bad phone connection! tried to get me to give card info; each time I told them to put me on their DNC list. During this period they also left a suggestive voicemail, presumably as I was on the phone w/ them.  I reported to donotcall.gov but a fat lotta good that's gonna do.

call 3 times witin 2 hours.  i answered they hung up.  then i got a call from an unknown number about 1 minute later.
