Call autodialed and partial message recorded at 10:21 Eastern. Very likely a credit reprice scammer. Precisely the same awful recording I reported in late January in another thread:

Usual Autodialer call to lower my rate.

Just got this call today.  No message.  Have gotten calls from this number a while back.  

We got new phones and we can BLOCK any numbers we don want.  If they call, it rings once and says "CALLER BLOCKED"!!  I LOVE IT...

It really makes me so angry with all the calls that come from telemarketers, especially the recorded messages!!  Grrrrr!!

I never answer calls from unknown numbers.  I'm guessing people such as these only have two purposes in life...1) trying to scam you out of your money and 2) having sex with sheep.
