This number called my home this morning and the automated voice stated that they can offer me a lower Con Edison bill by me switching to a different energy supplier.  Hit '3' if you're not interested and hit '5' to find out more information.  I hit '3' because I wasn't interested

Another illegal solicitation call from someone with whom I have never done business. Claim to reduce my payments. I hung up.

These predators, driven by greed, want any personal information they can get.  DON'T ANSWER!
