Who called from 2064960436

Nobody there when I answered, silence then someone said "hello"? Obviously an auto-dialer. I hung up, tried to call back but got a fast busy signal.

Called me but no one was on the line when I answered.  I hate that.  Redialed and called them back.  A lady answered and said she was with voyager travel with a special offer.  Reported it to the national do not call registry violations.

Called twice, nobody on the line.

I have gotten three of these calls as well.  Either I answer, and no one is there, or they do not leave a message.  I also called back as someone above and got Voyager Travel, and told them to put me on their no call list.  Quite annoying...  If you're going to call me, at least be on when I answer.

I keep getting this annoying call.
