Who called from 2064960439

Just got a call and no one was on the line...tried to recall but got a message that it was a disconnected number.  A call came through again and again no one was on the line.

Caller ID says SEATTLE, WA.  Left a message, which consists of a short silence before hanging up.

Caller ID says "C Caller" .  No one on the line.

Latest number for home security scams.  They call themselves "New Home Security."  Like all of these, you end up connected to some loser who is too stupid to get a genuine job, so he (or she) spends a lifetime in boilerrooms, making unwelcome and illegal calls.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They insist that they do not initiate illegal telemarketing calls, however they are involved in managing the calling lists for their "3rd party contractors" who make the telemarketing calls.
