This is Hillsdale College's political fundraiser. I took a free course on the US Constitution from the several years ago and now they constantly harass me for money through email, snail mail, and robo-calls! I wish they had simply charged me a fair price for the course and respected my privacy! I have tried to unsubscribe from their emails, but they keep on coming, and I finally had to mark them as Spam. I hated to mark them as spam, but their emails are an absolute avalanche!!! My mailbox is crammed with stuff from them and I get regular phone calls, even though I have a firewall on my phone that politely announces that I don't accept solicitation calls and asks legitimate callers to press 1 to be connected. Apparently the Hillsdale College robo-phone system is set up with the required "press 1" in place so their solicitation calls rudely bypass any attempt to foil them.
This is really a shame. I am not a liberal and am in sympathy with what Hillsdale College is trying to accomplish. The course on the US Constitution was first rate. If they had been honest and charged what it was worth, I would have gladly paid it up front, but these tactics are not very respectable and do more harm than good to their cause. They annoy me and as a conservative, I am embarrassed by they way they are conducting themselves.
Keeps calling.
Maybe they should read the Constitution.
