Called, no one on the other end.  I hung up.

Joe, I got a call from the same number about an hour and a half ago. Same as you, nobody was there. Strange....

ME too. Called me & no one there. Annoying.

Caller id says this number is "GE Serv".

I called the number back, and it was for a company that is offering "Affordable Dental Coverage"....  they do give you an option to be taken off of their call list, if you press number 9.   I just hang up and move on, they only call me about every 4-6 months and I have pressed 9 in the and as you can see, I'm still getting calls anyway!.....
