Who called from 2064960969

I received a call from 206-496-0969 on July 31, 2012 at 5:36 pm.  I did not answer the phone and they did not leave a message so I am assuming it was a telemarketing call.  I'm pretty sure this was the second time they have called me.  My caller ID said, "Service Call".

Called between two "unknown" numbered calls. Left no message. Ist time ever from this number and wanted to report it. Strange

Called today. Said hello twice and no response. Seems like a waste of time to call people and say nothing. UGH! stop calling me!!!

Called asking for Lindsey. They stayed on phone for a few seconds before hanging up and not saying anything more. Male voice on the other end.
