I received a call telling me I had got a found from the government for $7,000.00 dollars and all i needed to do was give my bank account number or go to western union and give them $250.00 as a security deposit , but it would pay for my taxes as well... What a Scam I contacted the FBI and they said to disregard that phone call.

Same as previous post except for contacting FBI. Scammer already had my name, address and phone #. Wanted to know how long I had lived at my address and my birthdate. I receive several unsolicited calls each day from various numbers. Most just hang up or I'll hear a click and nothing else. Nothing is free...
The same number called my phone also and I answered the questions and they gave me a phone number to call in 8-10minutes...I knew it was a scam that's why I called and gave them the wrong information
Just got a call from them. Obviously knew it was a scam. Im not going to call that other number, but its funny to see people actually trying to scam others.
