He is calling out of state to NY (from Washington State). Who knows how many seniors he has scammed already. I have filed with the FTC. Trying to get the word out. Beware.
I have also received a phone call from 206 497 3324 Robert Delgado states he is from Washington lottery and that we won 5.5 million dollars and all we have to do is pay 85$ delivery fee BEWARE
