They repeatedly called and would not say a word. I called back thinking maybe it had something to do with a bill I had in the mail. It kept playing music. I wasted a few minutes on waiting for someone to call. If someone is legit, they won't let you keep saying "hello" on the phone. Also, they would leave a voice mail. These types of calls are RED flags!
Super annoying, nonetheless. Luckily I have an iPhone to block those sorts of calls.
