It's another one of those smart robots that has a bunch of recordings to play according to what you say. "Lucy" was trying to sell me a home security system even though this is a business. She didn't understand that but hung up once I asked for customer service. I'm going to try to call them back & get off their list. I kinda feel bad for people working at call centers that are being replaced with a lady that spent a few hours in a recording booth.
