Just received a phone call from them, called back and found that it may be for two old medical bills. We had moved and they had the wrong address.
All she had was bill amounts with no description of services. I told her to mail the itemized list/bill to us and also told her to mark/flag our record to not call our phone number, to restrict all communication to mail.
Remember, if you notify them in writing to restrict all communication to written correspondence that any phone calls after that point are in violation of the fair debt collection act (as long as you are acting in good faith).
