I got the same "IRS lawsuit" phone call today.  One on my cell phone (man's voice), and the other my desk phone -- a woman's voice.  *sigh*  What pathetic creatures they are.

Automated call, electronic recorded voice saying the IRS was going to sue me.  Scam was announced on our local news last month.

Same report as everyone else. I received 2 calls from this number within an hour leaving the same identical automated message both times saying the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.
