Received an automated voicemail indicating they were an officer with criminal investigations IRS regarding my SSN and an issue with the Washington DC court house. It instructed to call back 206-535-1343 and speak with Victor Song... Well no answer and a full voicemail when I called the number back... So I called the IRS to confirm. This is a SCAM! Do NOT give your information. The IRS does not call you in this way. They don't threaten you with an arrest warrant (the end of the vm concluded if you do not call back before day's end a warrant will be issued for your arrest..lmao!). The IRS will send correspondence. Also this number is a Washington state number NOT Washington DC... Anyways... It seems I had the same situation as the person above. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! Also- go to www.irs.gov and look up scams. It will tell you what to watch out for.
