This number called me and hung up when I asked who it was. When called back it just rings to a promotions dept VM that is full. Same thing happened with 816-482-3231 that has exact same promotions dept VM that is full.
Just got a call claiming to be Breast Cancer Financial Assistance Fund. Caller was irritatingly cheery and fake, as she followed her script. At first, I thought it was a recoding because she was so phony and enthusiastic. As she insisted, "I'll just put you down for the ribbon support donation", she was rude and forceful. She would not answer my questions and would not stop talking over me. She finally went silent and clicked off rather than answer simple questions.
