Who called from 2065382584

I receive a call from 646-000-1313 saying that I have been randomly selected to recieve 9000.00 from goverment grants office they ask for bank information or credit card number or they can send it to a Wal-Mart money gram or western union...sounded like a scam. I never called the number.

I didn't have to pay my IRS bill.  The gave me the telephone number above and I could call Celina Torres to verify.

Minneapolis, MN they say are from us government and give me this number 206-538-2584 say I have 9,000 dls hahaha is scam be carefully people just try get information I say send the money by mail I cash the check at the corner store !
