This number phoned and left an automated message saying they were the IRS and that this was a final notice to me that they were filing a law suit against me and that I needed to call them back immediately.  First off the IRS DOES NOT call you.  They mail you a letter if there is an issue.  Secondly if it truly was the IRS they would call personally ( which almost never happens unless they are returning a call from you ) and they would identify themselves as Agent Whoever ID number 1234567.  NO way am I returning their call....SCAM
