The man that calls from this number is very hard to understand, he claims that he is an investigator for CIF and they have charges against my name claiming that I have defaulted on a payday loan. He would not provide me with an amount or dates unless I agreed to take care of the bill right then and there. He called once and then hung up on me and then he proceeded to call back all afternoon untill I answered. He also called my friend telling her it was very important she have me call him. He says his name is Jacob Martin.
Total scam I'm assuming since I never received anything in writing and never was served with "lawsuit" papers nor did I default on a payday loan. He had lots of my personal info.
