Received a call from an incredibly rude man who was highly resistant to providing any identifying information. Asked for business owner by name. Was highly irritated I asked for more information to route the call. Gave a name that could be his first or last - it was his first & he wouldn't give his last name upon inquiry. He was a major jerk to me when I could not transfer his call & he had the audacity to ask exactly when the owner would be free to talk to him. Again, provided no information. Suspected sales call by an idiot who does not realize that you catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. A$$hat.
