This is a non-working number and is flagged as a spam caller. I answered it and they were instructing me to power on my computer due to it having many errors slowing it down including spyware and such. I as a Microsoft partner know that with a windows computer it is hard to stay 100% clean from these issues but have defensive measures to prevent things going wrong in place. the caller when told they are not part of Microsoft began to shout profanity to me and hung up.
this company that has this number is a fake company they want you to buy a product that will allow them access to your computer data and information. They are not from Microsoft nor affiliated with them in any way.
Indian accent man called me for the 4 the time. I told him I know he was a scam and not to call me again, said he was a representative from Microsoft and wanted me to turn on my computer. I asked to speak to his boss and said his name is James Parker, another Indian; quite the name from an Indian!,
